organization in Cash Back Contributions. Some retailers pay Contributions on a tiered
schedule depending on the product or service you purchase from them, so the exact
amount your designated organization receives may differ from the Typical Cash Back
Contribution amount posted on ChristianCause.com. Also, certain items and special
discounts may not qualify for Contributions. Once your transaction has processed,
you will be able to view the exact Cash Back Contribution amount generated under
"My Account" on ChristianCause.com.
How long does it take for a transaction to appear under "My Account"?
The purchases you make will show up in the "Transaction History" section
under "My Account" in up to 14 days after the purchase was made. In the rare event that a transaction and subsequent Contributions is considered to be "missing," initial inquiry must be made within 6 months from the date of purchase.
How are Cash Back Contributions paid out?
Cash Back Contributions for qualifying transactions are paid out automatically provided
they have fully cleared and are equal to at least $25.00. Once the Cash Back Contributions
totaling at least $25.00 have cleared, your designated organization will automatically
be sent a check from ChristianCause.com.
How long does it take for a transaction to be fully cleared?
Typically, it will take 6-10 weeks for a transaction to fully clear. The exact
time to clear varies depending on merchant processing times and return policies.
